We asked hundreds of Aussies what they wanted from their workplace rewards and incentives platform and honestly, we’re not surprised with the results.

76% of employees said workplace benefits either made them feel acknowledged, appreciated, happy or gave them the desire to work harder. 

1 in 3 (31%) respondents said their benefits made them feel appreciated, and 1 in 4 (26%) felt acknowledged.

Ping pong tables are out, money and flexibility are in

 

When it comes to rewards from employers, it’s unsurprising that cash is king, with 50% of survey respondents it’s their number one preference.

29% of respondents reported that over the next 12 months, work-life balance was their biggest concern, with 25% concerned about their financial security.

 

22% respondents thought their workplace benefits were not easy to access, use, and manage. 1 in 10 (12%) respondents did not have access to workplace rewards or benefits.
